In Hong Kong (23-24 Dec 09)
2009 December 23, I had to wake up at 3 o’clock in the morning and got ready for the trip. My family (dad, mom, tin², itor, pakme, cun², ipan) and I would go to Hong Kong by China Airlines. As the rules told, we had to confirm our viscal first, empty the bottle before going inside the gate, and made sure our passport got stample by the immigration staff.
Because of our plane is China Airlines, the steward and stewardess only used English and Chinese. Generally, China Airlines was a good plane. There were many movies, TV shows, and musics that we could choose by touch the screen. I watched G-Force, because I hadn’t watch it. /sip Also, there was a mirror beside the screen! I didn’t know what was the function of this mirror.. When there was wind that shaked the plane, I almost didn’t feel it. And when the plane was going to land, it landed smoothly. But I was a little disappointed with a stewardess, she was unpolite. She called a man from 3 meters just for telling him to sit!
Anyway, after we went out from the plane, two santa welcomed us and gave us a heart pen and candies.. /happy Hong Kong’s Airport was very big, I just followed my dad to go to the immigration. Hong Kong was very orderly. They divided the lines: Hong Kong residents, Macau residents, and visitors. The immigration staff was fast too.
My second auntie’s husband ( I called Kucong) and my third auntie picked us and I had to separate with my mom and dad because they would stay in my second auntie’s house, whereas I and my siblings stayed in my first auntie’s daughter’s (I called cc Ling²) house, and Cun² - Ipan stayed in my second auntie’s house. We were separated because Hong Kong’s citizen had to live in apartment, and their apartment was small.
We went to her apartment by bus. Cc Ling²’s apartment was in Laguna Verde, Kowloon. Her apartment and her mom’s apartment was in same complex, but different building. Because of cc Ling² wasn’t at home, we went to my second auntie’s apartment to eat. Then, we just played in the complex and took many photos..
After taking bath, we went to Sim Ca Chui ( I don’t know exactly how to spell it in English). At this place, we could see the HongKong’s island, which was separated with Kowloon by a sea. There was so many beautiful building in there. Each building was decorated by cute lamps to celebrate the Chrismas. We took many photos in there. . /kyaa At 8 o’clock, there was a attraction. Each building’s lamp would twinkle, following the song. It’s so beautiful.. /lv After that, we just went home because we were very tired.. /sleep
And today, we didn’t meet cc Ling² again because she had already gone to work. So, my second auntie comed and waked us up. After taking bath, we went to a small restaurant and ate Chong Fan. Then, we went to “$10 all item” store in Jusco (it’s like Daiso) and hunting some items. /hohoho
At noon, we went to Wan Chai and Mongkok. We met our parents there. There were so many stands that sell cheap items. There were a lot of tourists too.. I used to buy many items in there, but now I didn’t buy anything, because we thought that these items comed from China and we could buy them in China tomorrow. Then we had dinner near our appartment because we had to sleep early..
Anyway, I’m really like Hong Kong.. It’s so different with Indonesia. Hong Kong is very clean and well-organized. We have to queued too in the toilet! /wew The buses are very clean too. My auntie said that we got fine HK$1500 (Rp 1.800.000) if we don’t throw the trash in the trash bin. But now, some people are disorderly, they are crossing the road when the traffic light for people is still red.
There are so many (many-many-many) people in Hong Kong. They likes to go outside. Their clothes are very modist! /lv I want to buy some clothes too, but I’m affraid I can’t wear it in Indonesia..
Anyway, I have to go sleep right now, because I have to wake up at 5 o’clock tomorrow..
